FitPact is a fitness motivation app that leverages group accountability to keep users healthy and active. Members create groups with their friends where they can set their own weekly fitness goals to earn a share of a penalty pool. At the end of each season, the collected penalties are split amongst all the group members.
• Organized 20+ seasons of testing using a minimum viable product (MVP) with 100+ users at a 90%+ retention rate
• Designed and engineered working prototype using Javascript in React Native + Ruby on Rails
• Currently in beta testing across all platforms
Wonton In A Million is a family-owned e-commerce shop generating high 6-figures in annual revenue selling stationery and gifts featuring the Steam Team (original characters inspired by dimsum)
• Instituted processes & feedback loops enabling our operations team to fulfill hundreds of orders during each product release every 2 weeks with minimal fulfillment errors
• Facilitated wholesale collaborations directly with major retailers, including Michaels and Macy's, and with independent online and physical retailers through our Faire shop portal
• Compiled business performance analyses tracking annual, quarterly, and monthly business health
